The arrival of SAAQclic is combined with that of the new Government Authentication Service. This deployment is the first to reach such a large number of citizens.
Certain services deemed essential will continue to be accessible, in particular checking the validity of a driver’s licence, replacing a lost or stolen licence, exchanging a foreign licence, checking the compliance of a road vehicle and practical driving tests. Payment for the renewal of a driving license or registration will continue to be possible via a financial institution.
