From January 26 to February 20, the points of service of the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec, the SAAQ, will remain open during the migration to the new platform.

However, the services will be limited to the renewal of the lost or stolen driver’s license.

For the renewal of a health insurance card that expires in less than a month, it will be possible to go to a pharmacy to have a photo taken and then to the CLSC with the form received by mail.

Driver’s license or registration payments can continue to be made online via your financial institution’s website. It will not be possible to pass theoretical driving tests or to process medical files.

After February 20, it will be possible to access online on the SAAQclic portal to his driving record, finances, driver’s license or even see the vehicles registered in his name or their registration.
