Since 1er June 2022, insurers are required to produce on their website a standardized summary of the costs levied on their contracts in order to allow their customers to clearly distinguish between two billing items: on the one hand, the costs specific to the contract (taken on the payments, on the outstanding balance of the contract for its annual management and on the arbitrations) and, on the other, those inherent in the subscribed supports which remunerate not only the manager, but also the distribution chain in the form of retrocommissions .
