Jack Quaid, interpreter of Hughie Campbell, announces big news for season 4!

Jack Quaid and Karl Urban sipping coffee together. This is the cliché that allowed the interpreter of Hughie Campbell to publish on his social networks in The Boys. This image on his Instagram account, accompanied by “It begins”, literally “it’s gone” in French, leaves little room for doubt. Season 4 of the Amazon Prime Video event series has started filming. Moreover, the comedian of 30 years is not the only one to have announced the news on the social networks. Eric Kripke, the showrunner of the superhero villain saga, also uploaded a photo before his flight to Toronto, where the series was filmed. The screenwriter added “OI” in the caption of his Twitter post which represents William Butcher’s famous way of saying hello.

Chapter four of The Boys therefore begins its story as planned only two months after the end of season 3. We saw Soldier Boy do battle with the Homelander, Butcher and the others. For the moment, we do not know if season 4 will be the last of the show. The plots are far from complete and we can still imagine several bursts of episodes. The release date of the fourth chapter is also not set. It should land next summer or even at the end of 2023.
