Amazon’s Fallout series unveils its first images, the result is incredible

Two years ago, Amazon announced its collaboration with Bethesda Game Studio for the production of a series on the cult license Fallout. After many months of waiting, the first information concerning the preparation of the project reached us at the beginning of 2022.

We learned that Graham Wagner and Geneva Robertson-Dworet have been chosen as showrunners. On the production side, it will be Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Jo, the producers of the Westworld series who will take care of the project.

Finally, in February, we learned that the actor Walton Goggins would occupy the main role of the series by playing a ghoul. Today, these are the first photos of filming leaked on the Net, allowing us to have a glimpse of the sets of the series. The result looks amazing.

It is therefore through leaks on Twitter, on the account of Shamanomenon that we have discovered about ten photos of the sets of the Fallout series. These first images plunge us into the heart of a Vault-Tech atomic shelter that we find in all episodes of the saga. Obviously, this is Vault 32, a place we have never seen in video games. On the other hand, all Vault-Tech shelters are built in the same way and we recognize very well the atmosphere and the decorations that we have seen so many times in the games.

The colors, the shape of the structures, the objects present, everything is faithfully reproduced and shows that Amazon does not intend to do things by halves with its series. A few days earlier, we discovered the first photo of an exterior building and not just any. Indeed, we learned that Super Duper Mart stores would be present in the series.

The same week, a piece of power armor was found on the Net. This famous armor worn by members of the Brotherhood of Steel and which represents a whole symbol in the Fallout license.

These first images can only reassure fans of the saga. This shows that Amazon and Bethesda don’t want to do things by halves. It only remains to hope that the series will be convincing in terms of the scenario. At this time, we don’t know when Fallout will come to Amazon Prime Video. According to the latest rumors, the series would be expected for the end of 2023 or the beginning of 2024.
