Ligue 1 pass: what’s new in 2022 on Prime Video?

As in the previous season, Amazon will broadcast 8 of 10 matches each day of the Ligue 1 Uber Eats. On the calendar, the first three will be: Lyon – Ajaccio on August 5, Strasbourg – Monaco on August 6 and OM – Reims on August 7.

Each match will be commented on with the headliner of the world champion Thierry Henry. A on-set show after each match will bring together a team of consultants including former football stars and coaches of the championship. Mathieu Bodmer, Corine Petit, Benoit Cheyrou, Jérôme Alonzo, Edouard Cissé, Benjamin Nivet or Dominique Arribagé, have already been announced by Amazon. Marina Lorenzo will present “Sunday Night Football”a magazine retracing the best moments of the championship day and available to all Prime members, without a Ligue 1 Pass subscription.

Amazon has also recruited a new team of content creators to animate the community of supporters. Insider, illustrator, Top 10… enough to have a new look behind the scenes and the matches of Ligue 1 and Ligue 2.

L’option “Stadium FX”much appreciated by supporters, will always be available to watch the matches without commentary, in order to experience the atmosphere of the stadium as closely as possible.

Finally, Ligue 1 Pass subscribers will be able to watch up to 3 different matches simultaneously with the same Amazon account and the same match on two different devices at the same time, enough to share the cost of the subscription with family or friends. A cost which, with this offer at €89/year, becomes really interesting so as not to miss any highlight of this new Ligue 1 season.
