Pursuant to Articles L. 621-8 of the Monetary and Financial Code and 231-23 of its general regulations, the AMF has, pursuant to its decision of compliance of the simplified public tender offer (the ” Offer “) dated January 24, 2023, affixed visa no. 23-026 to the information note drawn up by Abeille Assurances Holding (the ” Information note “).
In accordance with the provisions of article 231-28 of the general regulations of the AMF, the information relating in particular to the legal, financial and accounting characteristics of Abeille Assurances Holding (the ” Document Other Information ”) were filed with the AMF on January 25, 2023 and made available to the public today.
